All applicants employed with the company listed below will get a waived application fee; this is a one- time waived fee. If the applicant re-applies at a later time, they will be required to pay the $45 fee.
- Henrico Doctors Hospital & Affiliates
- St. Mary’s Hospital/Children’s Hospital
- Chippenham/Bon Secours Hospital
- VCU/MCV, VUU, U of R, J. Sargeant Reynolds students and employees
- All Henrico County, VA State and U.S. Federal employees
- Capital One and affiliates (must show proof they are contracted with them)
- Anthem and affiliates (must show proof they are contracted with them)
- All U.S. Military, current and retired
For auditing purposes, we must provide proof to place in the file that verifies the applicant is on the PPE list. We cannot waive the application fee without it. Applicant must provide an offer letter, paystub, badge, or an email address with that validates their employment with one of the above companies.
