Deposits & Fees

  • Application Fee - $50 per person
  • Application Deposit - $300 (non-refundable)
  • Security Deposit - $150 - 1 month’s rent (refundable)

Rental Qualifications:

  • Credit and Criminal Background Check
  • Income Verification (3x rent)
  • Valid Photo ID

Utility Information:

  • Water, Sewer, Trash ($13/month)- Metered to Usage
  • Electricity– Dominion Energy– Metered to Usage
  • Required Liability Insurance– Minimum of $50,000

We’re Pet Friendly:

  • Maximum of 2 pets
  • Pet Fee: $300 for one pet; $450 for two pets
  • Monthly Pet Rent: $25/month per pet
